Effective from September 30th Stefan Tillinger is leaving the position of CEO of Generali Pojistovna (CZ) and will be replaced by Petr Kopecky, currently the Executive Board Member for Retail Sales of Ceska pojišťovna (CP in CZ). Mr. Kopecky will be nominated to the Board of Directors of Generali. Marie Kovarova, the Executive Board Member for Operations and Human Resources will be replaced in her position by Pavel Rehak, currently the Executive Board Member for Marketing Retail. Pavel Rehak will also be responsible for direct distribution channels (internet and telephone sales) and his new position will be Executive Board Member for Customer Care. Marie Kovarova has become the new CEO of Generali Asigurari in Romania and will be responsible for all Generali PPF Holding´s activities in this country.
